my story

feel my feelings..listen to my breath...flowing and accepting...life spoils me wt surprises and lessons.
starting my day with renew understanding...really really difficult to change others..
they could make you smile, laugh, or take you to your darkest dream ever.

its easier to make my story as i am the center of all..as the good..the naive one..and also victim.

need a nice mug of coffee.. and listen again to my breath.. while do my work!
if get upset wt someone just forgive him or her..he is not happier than u..u have to decide to enjoy your life NOW..

remind myself many times... for not judging people. feel like i am sitting on my throne.. watching down on people.. suggesting things for them to choose.. believing that i am the rule creator.. the know-er even though there are uncountable books not yet read by me..paradigms not yet acknowledged... keep remind me judging make me a "god wanna be"..and i do burn down my wings... “Beyond our ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field.
